Description
Aerator Kozak-2 Zn is a device designed for agriculture to improve ventilation in stored grain. Proper air circulation is crucial for maintaining optimal storage conditions, particularly in terms of temperature and humidity. Excessive humidity and improper temperature can lead to mold and fungal growth, affecting the quality and quantity of the harvest.
The galvanized version of the Kozak-2 Zn aerator has been designed to provide long-lasting resistance to atmospheric factors and corrosion, increasing its durability and reliability, especially in demanding storage conditions. The galvanization provides additional protection, extending the device’s lifespan and allowing it to be used in various environments, including areas with high humidity.
The Kozak-2 Zn aerator offers two operating modes: air injection into the grain mass and air extraction from the pile. This functionality allows ventilation to be adjusted to the current storage conditions and the user’s needs. The air injection mode is ideal for introducing fresh air into the deeper layers of grain, while the air extraction mode helps remove excess moisture from stored grain, preventing mold and fungal growth.

- Protection against overheating - thanks to the appropriate depth of the aeration pipe, the aerator penetrates even the deepest layers of grain, eliminating the risk of overheating and loss of crop quality;

- Precise parameter control - an aeration pipe diameter of 140 mm, a fan capacity of 1500 m3/h, a working area pressure of 1100 Pa, and a motor power of 1.5 kW have been carefully selected to guarantee optimal ventilation conditions for various types of grain;
- Protection against mold and fungi - effective ventilation prevents mold and fungal growth, helping to maintain the cleanliness and nutritional value of the grain.
