Granulator for feed and pellets RTH-200

The RTH-200 feed and pellet granulator is suitable for granulating animal feed (for rabbits, chickens, quail, broilers, pigs, fish, etc.), and there is also the possibility of producing pellets from straw and hay.

When granulating feed mixtures with the RTH-200 granulator, you can obtain pellets with a diameter of 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, or 8 mm (depending on the installed die), and the length of the pellets can range from 2 mm to 35 mm, depending on the position of the pellet-cutting knife (the position of the knife can be set manually). Granulated feeds have many advantages that loose feeds do not possess. The most significant include: the uniform composition in each pellet, greater safety of the pellets, and disinfection of the feed. 

Additionally, having a granulator in your farm, you can prepare granulated feed yourself. Above all, waste materials such as straw can be turned into excellent fuel for heating residential and production premises.

The RTH-200 granulator can be used for the production of granulated feeds and pellets for commercial purposes, as it is an efficient granulating (pelleting) device, with a capacity of 200 kg/h. It has a motor with a power of 5.5 kW/7.5 kW, 380 V. With one RTH-200 granulator, you can produce granulated feeds and pellets. Additional dies can be purchased separately. All components are produced in-house, made of high-quality steel. The die and rollers are hardened.
