Granulator / Pellet mill RTH-200

The RTH - 200 granulator for feed and pellets is suitable for granulating animal feed (rabbits, chickens, quails, broilers, pigs, fish etc.), it is also possible to produce pellets from straw and hay.

When granulating the feed mixture with the RTH-200 granulator, you get granules with a diameter of 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm (depending on the installed matrix), the length of the granulate can vary from 2 mm to 35 mm, depending on from the position of the knife-pellet cutter (you can determine the position of the knife yourself). Granular feed has many advantages over loose feed. The biggest ones are: the presence of the same composition in each granule, greater safety of the granules, and feed disinfection.

Additionally, if you have a granulator on your farm, you can prepare granulated food yourself. And above all, waste such as straw can be used to make an excellent fuel for heating residential and production spaces.

The RTH-200 granulator can be used for the production of granulated feed and pellets for commercial purposes, because it is an efficient device for granulating (pelleting), its capacity is - 200 kg / h. Engine with a power of 5.5 kW / 7.5 kW, 380 volts. One RTH-200 granulator can be used to produce granulated fodder and pellets. Additional dies can be purchased separately. All components are of our own production, made of high-quality stainless steel. Die and rollers are hardened.
