Granulator RTH-200

The RTH-200 feed and pellet granulator is suitable for granulating animal feed ( for rabbits, chickens, quails, broilers, pigs, fish, etc.) and

also for producing pellets from straw and hay.

When granulating the feed mixture on the RTH-200 granulator, you can get granules with a diameter of 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8

mm - depending on the installed matrix. The length of the granules can range from 2 mm to 35 mm, depending on the position of the pellet

cutter knife (the position of the knife can be adjusted independently). Granulated feeds have many advantages that loose feeds do not have.

The biggest ones include: the presence of the same composition in each granule, greater safety of granules and feed disinfection.

Additionally, if you have a granulator on your farm, you can prepare granulated food yourself. And above all, waste such as straw

can be turned into an excellent fuel for heating residential and production spaces.

The RTH-200 granulator can be used for the production of granulated feed and pellets for commercial purposes, because it is an efficient

device for granulating (pelleting), its capacity is 200 kg / h. Engine with a power of 5.5 kW/7.5 kW, 380 V. One RTH-200 granulator can

produce granulated feed and pellets.

Additional matrix can be purchased separately. All components are of our own production and made of high-quality steel. The matrix and

rollers are hardened.
