Belt conveyor calibrator PK-2

PK-2 - a new device from TechnoMaszBud. Our specialists are constantly working on improvements and new solutions. After the creation

of the LDG-2000 kombi + and LDG-3000 kombi + granulation lines, there was a need for additional equipment for loading the raw material

into the line calibrator or dryer. This device was the PK-2 belt conveyor.

What tasks are solved by new equipment:

• It transports bulk, lumpy and unit materials directly to the line calibrator or dryer.

• By installing an additional mesh, it separates large parts of the incoming raw material.

• To prevent raw materials from spilling, the device is equipped with special scrapers that are resistant to high temperatures.

In this way, every farmer and entrepreneur will be able to create an automated line for the production of granulated feed and pellets. Large

amounts of products will provide a good feed base, prepare stocks for the future (pellet storage period is quite long), prepare pellets for

heating large areas.


The belt conveyor has the following characteristics:

• Equipped with a 0.25 kw motor;

• Dimensions: width 1250 mm, body length 2000 mm, weight 105 kg;

• The height of the TLK-2 under the slope is 1850 mm;

• Belt speed 7 m per minute;

• Capacity from 100 to 1000 kg (average 286 m3 / h).
