Description
The SojaPress 300 line, produced by Technomaszbud, is designed for the production of extruded soy and oil from the pulp formed after extrusion. The line’s capacity is up to 300 kg of processed raw material per hour, and the only input material is soybeans.
The line effectively solves the problem of cleaning soybeans from impurities, calibrating them, crushing them, and processing them into extruded feed or producing oil from the soybean cake.
Technological Process:
- Soybeans are fed into the calibrator via a flexible screw conveyor, where they undergo initial cleaning from impurities.
- Aspiration removes excess dust.
- Calibrated seeds are transported to the huller, where the seeds are dehulled.
- The cleaned soybean seeds, after hulling, are fed into the extruder, where they undergo thermal treatment using the extrusion method.
- The extruded soybean meal is transferred to the press, where the oil is extracted.
- After pressing, the soybean cakes are transported to the cooler and then prepared for packaging.
