Aerodynamic Double-Circuit Sawdust Dryer SA-800 PRO

Two-circuit aerodynamic sawdust dryer SA-800 PRO is an aerodynamic pipeline through which circulates a stream of hot air. The heat source is a connected Domna-350 pellet burner. The automatic pellet burners (Domna-250 and Domna-350) are also compatible with the SA-400 and SA-600 aerodynamic dryers of our production. To install such a burner, it is enough just to replace the door on the furnace. 

The set of aerodynamic dryer SA-800 Pro includes:

1. Furnace (made of 700 chamotte bricks).

2. Domna-350 pellet burner with a screw and a control panel.

3. Calibrator-feeder KPS-600.

4. Pipeline system.

5. 2 exhaust blowers.

6. 2 cyclones.

7. Control panel.

Kiln brick and motor connection cables are not included in the set.

The sawdust dryer is used for drying raw materials such as:

- sawdust of deciduous, coniferous trees;

- chips;

- straw;

- cereal waste.

Stages of operation of the sawdust dryer:

1.  The raw material with a capacity of 1 M3 is loaded into a backfill container.

2.  Hot air is fed through the pipeline, which is often referred to as a "drying agent".

3.  Together with the "drying agent" sawdust is transported by pipeline.

4. Due to the effect of high temperature, moisture evaporates from the surface of the raw material, and internal moisture moves to the surface.

5.  This process and the optimum temperature prevent sawdust from igniting.

At the output, the moisture content of the sawdust will be suitable for pellet production. Fuel pellets can be produced for farms, companies with their own boiler house, houses, baths and saunas, etc.
