ZC-2500 Granulate Tank-Cooler is a practical and reliable solution for plants involved in the production, storage, and packaging of pellets and granulated feed. The device enables both short-term cooling of the product after the granulation process, as well as its buffer or long-term storage.

Thanks to its universal design, the ZC-2500 tank can be easily integrated into various production lines. It can also be equipped with a dedicated aspiration system, which further increases cooling efficiency and improves working conditions in the production area.

Operating Principle of the ZC-2500 Tank

The granulate entering the tank-cooler is cooled using the aspiration system and then directed onto a belt conveyor for further transport. The cooling time and the moment unloading begins are controlled directly by the operator.

On the top cover of the device, there is a hatch with a feed opening through which material enters the chamber. In the lower part of the tank, there are openings to ensure natural air circulation. In the discharge zone, a belt conveyor is installed, enabling quick and efficient emptying of the cooled granulate. The built-in slide gate allows for smooth regulation of the entire process speed.
