Aerator Kozak-4 ZN is a device designed for agriculture, aimed at improving ventilation in stored grain. The galvanized version of the Kozak-4 ZN aerator was created to ensure long-term resistance to atmospheric factors and corrosion, enhancing its durability and reliability, especially in tough warehouse conditions. The zinc coating extends the device’s lifespan and allows it to be used in various environments, including areas with increased humidity.
The Kozak-4 aerator operates in two modes: blowing air into the bulk grain mass and extracting air from the pile. This functionality allows you to adjust the ventilation to the current storage conditions and user needs. The blowing mode is ideal for introducing fresh air into the deeper layers of grain, while the extracting mode removes excess moisture from the stored grain, helping to prevent the development of mold and fungi.

Application
Kozak-4 ZN aerator by Technomaszbud ensures effective air circulation in grains thanks to the use of a ventilation pipe with a diameter of 140 mm. With its efficiency and durability, it is the ideal solution for effective grain storage in various warehouse conditions, preventing the development of mold and loss of yield quality.
Aerating the grain mass is carried out through a special aeration pipe with an air stream generated by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. The aerator is installed in the grain pile by screwing the aeration pipe into the layer of bulk grain.
