Calibrator-cooler for pellet KC-300

The new model of the KC-300 calibrator, developed by "TechnoMaszBud" on the basis of the popular KC-200, is an excellent tool for screening, calibration and cooling of raw materials.

This calibrator is designed to increase the efficiency of the calibration process by featuring a 0.37 kW geared motor, a significant improvement over the previous model with a 0.12 kW geared motor. The KC-300 retains all the advantages of its predecessor, also offering holes for connecting an exhaust system, which allows for even more precise work.

The multifunctional calibrator drum has holes of various diameters that can be adapted to the customer's needs, ensuring calibration of the raw material with the required fraction, from 3 to 10 mm. The most important purpose of the KC-300 calibrator is to screen and cool finished pellets after pellet production on a pellet mill. It is also an essential element of the pellet and granulated feed production line. Thanks to its versatility and efficiency, the KC-300 is an irreplaceable tool for companies producing granulates and pellets.
