Bizon-150-E is a compact, efficient jaw crusher designed to operate in locations where quiet, clean, and even operation matters. The electric drive (400 V) provides smooth material crushing and low operating costs, while the jaw system proven in intensive use ensures a uniform output fraction—from fine particles to larger granulation, depending on the settings. Alternatively, the Bizon-150-S model with a petrol engine is available. The combustion engine version provides independence from 400 V power supply and can be conveniently used in the field.

How it works

The jaw crusher is powered by an engine of your choice—either petrol or electric. The movable plate (jaw) moves up and down thanks to an eccentric shaft. The angle and distance between the fixed plate (jaw) and the moving one become smaller when the moving plate descends—this is when the material is crushed into pieces. The distance increases as the movable jaw rises. When the moving plate shifts away from the fixed one by means of springs, the crushed particles leave the working zone.
