Jaw crusher BIZON-450 with petrol engine

The BIZON-450 jaw crusher is the largest model in our line of crushers. Its advanced features allow for a maximum efficiency of up to 20 tons per hour (efficiency depends on the hardness of the material and the desired fraction at the output). Compared to smaller models from the BIZON series, this model enables processing larger stones (up to 450 mm in length and up to 250 mm in height and width). To obtain a fraction smaller than 10 mm, we recommend using two jaw crushers in one technological line, where the larger crusher crushes materials into a 50-80 mm fraction, and the smaller one achieves the desired fine fraction.

The BIZON-450 crusher can be powered by various types of engines – gasoline, diesel, or electric, providing the user with flexibility in choosing the power source. Its mechanism operates on the principle of a jaw moving up and down via an eccentric shaft. As the angle and distance between the stationary and moving jaws decrease, the material gets crushed. When the jaw rises, the crushed material is expelled from the working area.
