LGP-1000 feed production line | 650 kg/h

TechnoMaszBud has created the LGP-1000 line dedicated to small and medium-sized agricultural farms, enabling easy production of granulated animal feed. This compact and reliable line can easily produce about 650 kilograms of feed pellets per hour, using various combinations of grains and additives such as vitamins or dietary supplements, according to individual recipes.

The LGP-1000 feed pellet production line consists of three main components, each offering unique parameters:

KORMOTEK-260 Granulator:

• Output of approximately 650 kg/h, with the possibility of reaching up to 900 kg/h.
• Belt transmission with an 18.5 kW electric motor.
• Moving die and fixed rollers.
• Die diameter of 259 mm with holes ranging from 2 to 8 mm in diameter.
• Adjustable pellet length through knife adjustment.

MP-1000 Feed Mixer:

• Prepares up to 1000 liters of a mixture with a moisture content of up to 20% in 15-20 minutes.
• Efficient mixing thanks to a vertical screw driven by a 2.2 kW electric motor.
• Possibility to add ingredients during mixing.
• Adjustable feeding of the mixture to the pelletizer using a frequency inverter.
• Integrated filtering bags to reduce dust.

Kraft-11 Crusher:

• Crushes up to 1000 kg/h of grains.
• Compact size: 800x700x1050 mm, weight 200 kg.
• 11 kW electric motor.
• Possibility to use interchangeable sieves with hole diameters from 3 to 6 mm.
• Options for feeding raw material through the top hopper or through a corrugated pipe.

Additionally, the LGP-1000 feed pellet production line can be customized to your needs by expanding the line with elements such as electronic scales, a moisturizing system, and even a cooling and packaging system for pellets (LCP-600), which are available at an additional cost.
