SWR-250 Juicer is a professional industrial machine for extracting juice from whole apples, tomatoes, grapes, pears, carrots and other produce. The machine operates waste-free, producing high-quality juice.

Material is fed into the feed hopper of the juicer, and then the pressure of the auger mechanism crushes the material and extracts the juice. The liquid runs down the housing into a container, while the waste is pushed out through the central opening.

Applications of the SWR-250 juicer

The SWR-250 juicer can be used wherever efficient, high-throughput processing of fruits and vegetables is needed. It is suitable for, among others, small and medium-sized processing plants and farms. It is also suitable for home use.

Operating principle

Fruits or vegetables enter the hopper, where the auger then crushes the raw material. Under the pressure of the rotating auger together with the mass of the crushed raw material, juice is pressed out in the head and runs down the housing into the tank. The pomace is automatically removed through the juicer’s central opening.

The working parts of the juicer are made of food-grade aluminum with anti-corrosion properties, completely safe for human health. The working elements are made of food-grade stainless steel and food-grade aluminum—they do not oxidize, are safe, and do not change the taste or aroma of the juice.

For producing high-quality single-variety apple juices, the following cultivars are recommended: Sława Zwycięzcom, Pepinka Złocista, Płomienne, Florina, Idared, Hetmańskie, Jubilejne MIS.
Varieties such as Golden Delicious Reinders, Delicja, Jonaweld, Białoruskie Słodkie, Gala Mast, Gloster, Rosawka are best used to produce juices blended with other varieties.
