Fruits or vegetables are fed into the hopper and then shredded with an auger. Under the pressure of the auger rotating with the shredded mixture, juice is squeezed in the nozzle, which flows down the housing into the container, while the waste after squeezing is automatically pushed out through the central opening of the juicer.

The working part of the juicer is made of food-grade aluminum, which has anti-corrosive properties and is completely safe for human health.

The materials of the working parts are food-grade stainless steel and food-grade aluminum, which are safe for human health, do not oxidize and do not change the taste or aroma of the juice.

Recommended varieties for high quality natural apple juice production are: Glory to the winners, Pepinka golden, Flaming, Florina, Aidared, Hetmanske, Yubileynoye MIS.

The varieties Golden Delicious Rangers, Delicia, Jonaveld, Belorusskoye sweet, Gala Mast, Gloucester, Rosavka should be used for the production of high-quality juice in a mixture with other varieties.
