Feed mixer MP-300

Feed mixer MP-300 is a simple and reliable machine for mixing dry feed ingredients. The MP-300 enables preparing dry feed mixes for livestock. The mixer can also prepare material for subsequent pelleting. 

The MP-300 is made of structural steel and equipped with a vertical auger mechanism. It provides constant movement of the material from bottom to top, ensuring uniform mixing. The mixer is adapted for pneumatic feeding of materials, which significantly streamlines operation. 

The MP-300 can operate together with the KRAFT-4 hammer mill, or as part of a larger pelleted feed production line.

This feed mixer offers several ways to load the mix:

1. Top – through the charging opening.
   
2. Rear side – in the lid, behind the charging opening, there are two 160 mm plugs. After removing one of them, material can be fed into the mixer using a cyclone.
3. Pneumatic – after removing both plugs, you can force material in through one opening and vent air through the other to filters or a cyclone. In this case, use a blower that is not too powerful.
