Feed mixer MP-300

The feed mixer MP-300 is designed for mixing bulk ingredients in feed production. It is used to prepare dry feed mixtures for feeding

various species of animals and birds, as well as for pelleting for the same purpose.

The feed mixer is a tank made of structural steel with a screw mechanism in the central part (responsible for mixing the raw materials in the

tank). It is also adapted for pneumatic supply of raw materials into the tank.

Features of feed mixer MP-300:

- mixing is carried out using a vertical screw that creates a continuous flow of raw material from bottom to top;

- feed elements are delivered to a loading hopper placed at the optimal height;

- ingredients can be fed while mixing, which saves mixing time;

- there is a sampling window that allows you to control the quality of mixed raw materials;

- there is a pipe with a throttle for unloading finished products both into bags and into other machines;

- there is a door for maintaining and cleaning the equipment;

- there is a fuse for safe operation;

- two types of operation: top and side bag system.

It can be used alone, with the KRAFT-4 hammer mill or additionally equipped with an electronic scale.

This feed mixer has the following raw material loading options:

1. Top loading: Convenient loading of raw materials through the top loading hatch.

2. Behind the loading hole in the lid there are two plugs with a diameter of 160 mm; by removing one, you can use a cyclone to supply raw

materials to the mixer.

3. Remove both plugs, pump raw materials through the first one, and through the other bleed air into a filter or cyclone. This method has a

condition: the pressure should not be very strong.
