The PRIME-300 Pellet Mill/Granulator is designed for granulating sawdust, hay, straw, herbs, and feed and is part of the LDG-3000 KOMBI, LDG-3000 MAX line.

 The PRIME-300 Granulator, driven by the power take-off (PTO) shaft, is equipped with two movable rollers with a diameter of 148mm, processing not only softwood sawdust but also hardwood sawdust. Pine sawdust, which contains a high amount of a special adhesive substance – lignin, is mainly used for pellet production, making granulation significantly easier. There is practically no lignin in hardwood species, but the PRIME-300 pellet mill generates high pressure, which also allows for the granulation of hardwood sawdust.

In addition, the PRIME-300 pellet mill processes feed for rabbits, chickens, broilers, pigs, cows, and quails.

The PRIME-300 pellet mill can pellet the following types of raw materials:

- softwood sawdust;

- hardwood sawdust;

- sunflower husk, straw, hay, grass;

- feed mixtures;

- plastics (polypropylene, bags, foil);

Performance:

- Feed mixture – up to 700 kg/h;

- Sawdust – up to 300 kg/h.

- Straw / Hay - up to 250 kg/h.

- Sunflower husk - up to 300 kg/h.

- Grain waste - up to 350 kg/h.

Another advantage of the PRIME-300 granulator is the ability to granulate feed for animals, fuel pellets made from hay, straw, and grain waste. You only need to have a few additional matrices specifically selected for feed, for pellets made from softwood and hardwood.

We also offer a PS-200 screw feeder for smoothly supplying raw materials. The capacity of the tank is over 0.2 m3. The feed rate is regulated by a frequency inverter.
