Horizontal slotting machine DP-12

We are pleased to present you our new machine, which was primarily planned only for internal use in our production, but over time it

became clear that there are actually no machines for horizontal stretching of internal grooves on the Polish and EU market, so we decided

to offer our machine called DP-12 to all those who deal with metal processing and need a compact, easy-to-use and reliable device for

everyday use in low and medium production conditions. Our DP-12 horizontal slotting machine is characterized by simplicity, processability

and reliability. A solid and well-designed construction with a reasonable degree of automation ensures a long life even when operating over

multiple shifts.

The DP-12 slotting machine is mass-produced in our factory, so you will never have problems with the guaranteed delivery of

components for the machine, unlike similar machines manufactured in China.

The broaching machine has been specially designed for machining small components with a slot width of up to 12 mm. The keyway

broaching machine itself is driven by a worm gear, and the force is transmitted by a ball-screw gear. Thanks to this configuration, it is

possible to reverse the tool and restore it to its original state after the key has been stretched. Thanks to the favorable cutting speed,

optimal results are achieved with all materials.
