Granulation Line LDG-3000 (DUO)

The LDG-3000 DUO line is a new product from TechnoMaszBud. Thanks to demanding customers and our engineers, we were able to

create a line that is no less reliable than the LDG-3000 Kombi, but has twice the efficiency. This success is based on combining two reliable

PRIME-300 granulators into one unit. PS-200 screw feeders were connected according to the same scheme. 

This line is designed for the production of pellets, granules ranging in size from 2 to 8 mm from various raw materials: sawdust, shavings,

wood dust, straw, grain waste, sunflower seeds and others. It is also possible to produce animal feed.

The main advantage of this set is that it can operate continuously during maintenance or in the event of unexpected failures,

because if necessary, repairs can be carried out on one granulator, while the other can continue to operate during this time.

The LDG-3000 DUO Line set includes:

1. PS-200 DUO screw feeder. 

The feeder is designed for collecting raw materials and uniformly feeding biomass into the granulator. It has smooth control of the raw

material supply speed using a frequency converter. Power consumption - 1.5 kW.

2. Humidification system. 

The main elements of the system are: valve, pump, water tank for 100 liters and nozzle. It is connected to a stand above the work area,

allowing the required, measured amount of moisture to be added during granulation. Power consumption - 0.37 kW.

3. Two granulators PRIME-300. 

Two universal granulators PRIME-300 process various types of raw materials with an actual productivity of up to 800 kg/hour for sawdust

and up to 1400 kg/hour for feed pellets.

4. Calibrator- cooler KC-200. 

Hot granules leaving the granulator fall on a drum calibration sieve. When the drum rotates, the granules are scattered in a thin layer over

the surface. At the same time, an air flow created by a fan passes through the cooling chambers. It cools the granules, reducing their

moisture content, through the top side connector, while fine gravel and dust flow through the two bottom connectors through a cyclone

into the bags.

5. Closed SO-2 extraction system. 

The closed exhaust system sucks excess dust and raw materials from the cooling and granule sorting system, collects them in bags and

filters the dust from the air using two upper filter bags. The heart of the system is a powerful fan that creates the necessary pressure in the

system to remove dust.

6. Control Panel. 

Small dimensions and a built-in automation cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient for installation near the

production line. The panel contains an ammeter and thermal protection for each motor in the line.

The conveyor belt and cables for connecting the line are not included in the set.

  

The actual capacity of the LDG-3000 DUO pellet production line depending on the raw materials:

- wood waste - up to 800 kg /h;

- straw - up to 700 kg /h;

- feed - up to 1400 kg /h;

- sunflower husk - up to 800 kg /h.

Obtaining the desired efficiency depends on compliance with the requirements for the processed raw materials.

The granulation line can be used as a separate production unit and can also have an additional equipment that will make the

production of pellets more automated.

The pellet production line LDG-2000 COMBI can be supplemented with the following components:

PK-2 (conveyor-calibrator) - the main task is to feed and calibrate raw materials;

PT-250 (belt conveyor) - the main task is to feed and cool the raw material;

PT-500 (belt conveyor) - the main task is to feed and cool the raw material;

RD-500 (shredder) - the main task is to grind raw materials (straw, hay, shavings, etc.) to the desired fraction;

KPS-400 (calibrator-feeder) - the main task is calibration of raw materials and uniform feeding;

SA-400 (aerodynamic drying with calibrator), the main task is to calibrate and dry raw materials.
