The PRIME-300 pelletizer/granulator is designed for pelletizing sawdust, hay, straw, herbs, and feed, and is a component of the LDG-3000 KOMBI and LDG-3000 MAX lines.

Thanks to the efficient 22 kW motor of the PRIME-300 pelletizer and the granulator's two movable rollers with a diameter of 148mm, this machine processes not only softwood sawdust but also hardwood sawdust. Most pellet production uses pine sawdust with a high content of a special adhesive substance - lignin, which significantly facilitates granulation. In hardwood species, there is virtually no lignin, but the PRIME-300 pelletizer generates high pressure, allowing it to pelletize hardwood sawdust as well.

In addition, the PRIME-300 pelletizer processes feed for rabbits, chickens, broilers, pigs, cows, and quails.

The PRIME-300 pelletizer can pelletize the following types of raw materials:

- Softwood sawdust;

- Hardwood sawdust;

- Sunflower husks, straw, hay, grass;

- Feed mixtures;

- Plastics (polypropylene, bags, film);

Performance:

- Feed mixture – up to 700 kg/h; (with 30 kW motor)

- Sawdust – up to 300 kg/h.

- Straw / Hay - up to 250 kg/h.

- Sunflower husk - up to 300 kg/h.

- Grain waste - up to 350 kg/h.

The set includes a control panel with an ammeter and thermal protection for the motor. 

The power supply cable is not included in the set!

Another advantage of the PRIME-300 granulator is the ability to pelletize animal feed, heating pellets made from hay, straw, and grain waste. You only need to have a few additional dies specially selected for feed, for pellets from softwood and hardwood.

We also offer a PS-200 screw feeder for smooth feeding of the raw material. The tank capacity is over 0.2 m3. The feed rate is adjustable via a frequency inverter.
