Modern calibration and cooling at your fingertips

The KC series includes drum calibrators and drum coolers. It features the compact KC-100 model with a capacity of up to 300 kg/h, the twice as efficient KC-200, as well as the KC-300 designed for large production lines. The use of a moving drum with holes of various diameters ensures effective calibration, even cooling, precise screening and drying of raw materials. To ensure separation of material with dimensions perfectly matched to customer requirements, we offer the option to replace the drum to achieve different hole diameters ranging from 3 to 10 mm.

The Komfi series includes portable calibrator-coolers for universal use, equipped with efficient fans. Thanks to a tank with a capacity of 289 liters and air circulation, they enable quick and effective cooling of large amounts of raw material, combined with efficient calibration and screening. The low weight of the equipment and the use of wheels make it easy to move the device around the facility. In addition to the standard Komfi-1 model, we offer the Komfi-2 version with two fans, which ensures even faster granule cooling. Both models are powered by standard 230 V voltage, so they can be connected to a regular socket, without special electrical installation.
