Pellet and Feed Production Lines
The pellet production lines available in our offer are complete sets of devices dedicated to the processing of organic raw materials. With their help, you can efficiently manage waste, turning it into a source of profit.
Our machines efficiently process, among others, sawdust from deciduous and coniferous wood species, hay, seed husks, as well as waste from plastics production and feed mixes with a cereal composition. The resulting pellet granules can be used as eco-friendly fuel, heating material or granulated animal feed – for personal use or for sale.
To ensure a diverse assortment, we have created a collection of machines differing in parameters such as dimensions, power, energy consumption, and diameter of produced pellets (from 2 to 8 mm). In our catalog you will find devices with a power of 11 kW, 14 kW, and 25 kW as well as models designed for the most intensive use – 40 kW and 43 kW.
The high quality of our pellet production lines is confirmed by their performance:
- feed mixture – up to 700 kg/h;
- sawdust – up to 450 kg/h;
- straw / hay – up to 400 kg/h;
- sunflower husks – up to 450 kg/h;
- cereal waste – up to 550 kg/h.

- an integrated raw material feeding and mixing system (combining an auger and agitator),

Pellet and feed granulation lines work perfectly as separate production units. They can also be expanded with additional components, which allows for increased level of automation and streamlining of the entire production process.
Our equipment is designed with attention to every detail. We have equipped them, among others, with an integrated calibrator and granulate cooler. This component is responsible for effectively lowering the temperature of the pellet heated during production. Additionally, a special drum allows for the separation of dust and fine particles, resulting in higher quality of the finished product.
The presented pellet production lines come with an ergonomic, easy-to-install control panel, making day-to-day operation easier. Each device also features an ammeter and thermal protection to safeguard the motors from overload, providing safe and long-lasting operation.
