Granulator PRIME-300 with internal combustion engine

We would like to present you a new product from the TechnoMaszBud company, the PRIME-300 granulator with a combustion engine

(diesel).

It often happens that a customer wants to produce feed or fuel pellets, but there is a problem with the power supply. In this case, our new

diesel version of the PRIME-300 will come to the rescue. The basis is a working module with a fixed 300 mm matrix and rollers. The

equipment helps solve many problems, from the production of highly digestible feed to the production of wood pellets. The main types of

raw materials that PRIME-300 with an internal combustion engine can process are soft and hardwood sawdust, sunflower husks, grain

waste, sunflower waste, animal feed, grass, hay, straw, PVC, chalk, humus, polypropylene, etc.

This granulator is also the basis of the 3000 series granulation line (LDG-3000 KOMBI / 3000 MAX).

The main condition for long and productive operation of this variant of the granulator is the control of the oil level, as in all combustion

engines. Diesel engine power - 30 HP.

Additionally, you can buy a set of protective grilles for the granulator. Another important feature of this granulator is the possibility of

installing rollers with an automatic lubrication system without stopping the granulator.

The PRIME-300 pellet production machine can pellet the following types of raw materials:

- sawdust of coniferous trees;

- sawdust of deciduous trees;

- sunflower husk, straw, hay, grass;

- feed mixtures;

- plastics (polypropylene, bags, film).

Efficiency:

Mixed feed – up to 700 kg/h;

Sawdust – up to 300 kg/h;

Straw / Hay - up to 250 kg/h;

Sunflower husk - up to 300 kg/h;

Grain waste - up to 350 kg/h.

Another advantage of the PRIME-300 granulator is the ability to granulate animal feed, fuel pellets from hay, straw and grain waste. You just

need to have a few additional matrices specially selected for feed, for pellets from coniferous and deciduous trees.

We also offer a PS-200 screw feeder for smooth feeding of raw material. The tank capacity is over 0.2 m3. The feeding speed is regulated by

an inverter.
