We present to you the new product from "TechnoMaszBud", the PRIME-300 Granulator with a gasoline engine (diesel). It often happens that a client wants to produce feed pellets or fuel pellets, but there is a problem with the power supply. In this case, our new version of the PRIME-300 with a diesel engine comes to the rescue. The core is a working module with a stationary die of 300 mm and rollers. The equipment helps solve many problems, from producing highly digestible feeds to producing wood pellets. The main type of raw material that the PRIME-300 with a gasoline engine can process includes sawdust from softwood and hardwood, sunflower husks, grain waste, sunflower waste, feed mixtures, grass, hay, straw, PVC, chalk, humus, polypropylene, etc. This Granulator is also the foundation of the 3000 series granulation line (LDG-3000 KOMBI/3000 KOMBI+ / 3000 MAX / 3000 MAX+). The main condition for the long and productive operation of this variant of the granulator is the oil level control, just like in all gasoline engines. Diesel engine 30 hp.

Additionally, a set of protective grids for the Granulator can be purchased. Another important feature of this granulator is the ability to install rollers with an automatic lubrication system without stopping the granulator.

The pellet manufacturing machine, the PRIME-300 pellet mill, can pelletize the following types of raw materials:

- sawdust from coniferous trees;

- sawdust from deciduous trees;

- sunflower husks, straw, hay, grass;

- feed mixtures;

- plastics (polypropylene, bags, film);

Performance:

- Sawdust – up to 400 kg/h.

- Straw / Hay - up to 350 kg/h.

- Sunflower husks - up to 380 kg/h.

- Grain waste - up to 400 kg/h.

Another advantage of the PRIME-300 granulator is the ability to granulate animal feed, heating pellets made from hay, straw, and grain waste. You only need to have a few additional dies specially selected for feed, and for pellets from coniferous and deciduous trees.

We also offer PS-200 screw conveyor for smooth feeding of raw materials. The tank capacity is over 0.2 m3. The feeding rate is adjustable by an inverter.
