Oil press WT-150 DUO

WT-150 DUO Oil Press is an efficient and reliable device designed for cold-press oil production from a wide range of oil-bearing raw materials. The machine achieves a capacity of up to 300 kg of raw material per hour, ensuring stable operation and high quality of the final product.

Input materials can include, among others, flaxseed, sesame, black cumin, sunflower, soybeans, and other oil plants. Cold pressing preserves valuable nutrients and the natural properties of the oil, making the WT-150 DUO an ideal choice for small and medium-sized processing plants.

Oil Pressing Process

The raw material is fed into the hopper, from where it passes through the slide gate into the screw feeder. The screw crushes the seeds and conveys them to the pressing chamber, which consists of a perforated cylinder, a pressure-generating screw shaft, a pressing cone, and an adjustment nut.

The cake (press residue) is removed through a gap in the adjustment nut, while the oil flows through holes located in the cylinder of the pressing chamber.
