The operating sequence of the nut cracker/sheller is very simple: adjust the equipment to the size of the nut, start the motor, and fill the hopper with nuts. The shell breaks as the nuts pass through the hopper into the gap between the rocker arm and the metal wall, formed during the shaft's rotation. After each shaft rotation, the shell breaks and falls into the discharge container. The vibration amplitude of the rocker arm is adjusted in such a way as to gently peel the shell without touching the kernel.
