Grain Extruder EGK-350 for soy

EGK-350 for soy is an efficient and specialized feed extruder, designed primarily for processing raw soybeans as well as other grains. Thanks to hot extrusion technology, the device effectively deactivates anti-nutritional factors present in soybeans, which significantly increases the nutritional value of the produced feed.

Compared to the basic version of the EGK-350, this model has been optimized for processing high-protein raw materials and demonstrates even higher efficiency in producing feed for both farm and domestic animals.

The working part of the feed extruder consists of two chambers – in the loading chamber, the raw material is crushed, while in the pressing chamber, it is subjected to heat treatment at temperatures of 120–180°C under high pressure. Afterwards, as the material passes through the extruder holes, it "explodes," experiencing a hydroshock effect due to a sudden pressure drop. As a result, the grain expands and increases its volume several times. This means that animals require less feed in the form of extruded sticks than in regular or pellet form to feel satiated.

Thanks to the action of high temperature, the feed extruder disinfects the feed, eliminating pathogenic microflora, fungi, and harmful bacteria, which young animals are particularly sensitive to.

Moreover, under the influence of pressure and high temperature, hard-to-digest starches are broken down into lighter, simple carbohydrates and sugars. Vitamins and all nutrients are retained because temperature exposure lasts only a fraction of a second. Thanks to this, animals do not waste energy digesting food but instead direct it toward weight gain and increased milk production.

The EKG-350 is equipped with two nozzles: one for producing sticks in the form of tubes and another for producing flakes up to 4 cm in diameter. Thanks to these nozzles, extruded feed can be produced for various species of livestock and poultry.
