Screening set ZP-3

The ZP-3 screening kit is designed for screening bulk materials from impurities in construction, mining, wood industry.

The set consists of a sieve and a feeder.

The feeder tank is adapted for loading with a tractor or Manitou. Tank capacity-3.5 m3 (under 2 full enlarged spoons of Manitou). Engine power-3 kW

The sieve consists of a welded frame on which a round drum of galvanized metal, a chain mechanism and a motor-reducer are mounted. The drum sieve design provides a forced cleaning system. Engine power-3 kW.

Movement and separation of various bulk materials by fraction (sawdust, sand, crushed stone, coal, peat, chips and others) is carried out inside the sieve due to the rotation of the drum, as well as due to a slight slope. During rotation, a given drum allows a smaller fraction to pass through the holes, and a larger fraction pours out next to it.
