The X1 pallet wrapper uses LLDPE stretch film as the main packaging material to wrap the goods placed on the pallet. The film provides

additional stability during transportation and storage, and the cargo protects from dust, moisture and damage. 

The X1 pallet wrapping machine is widely used in companies that produce or distribute pellets, glass, tools, paper, ceramics, food,

beverages, household chemicals, construction chemicals, as well as electrical and electronic products etc.

After completing the packaging of the pallet, the pallet wrapping machine automatically cuts the film. There is no need to cut the film using

tools, which is very convenient for users.

This feature allows you to set different number of layers and wrap strength at any height. The wrapper can wrap a maximum of 9 layers on

1 pallet. By default, the wrapping force from bottom to top is the same and the machine does not need to stop to increase the wrapping

force. The wrapping process set in this way allows you to avoid unnecessary problems.

• Saving stretch film consumption.

The X1 pallet wrapper can stretch the foil by approximately 300%. Thanks to such packaging, it is possible to minimize the cost of stretching

the film during packaging. Thanks to this, the wrapper machine allows you to minimize the cost of stretch film.

• A photoelectric sensor automatically checks the height of the pallet.
