Disintegrator DIPS-300

DIPS-300 Disintegrator is an advanced industrial machine that operates on mechanical comminution and impact of compacted materials using so-called pins—80 grinding elements rotating at 3000 rpm—ensuring precise and efficient size reduction. The machine enables effective crushing to a final particle size of 20–200 μm. Equipped with two moving discs with a diameter of 450 mm and a drive power of 8 kW or 11 kW, this industrial crusher is suitable for crushing many high-hardness materials and more.

The DIPS-300 can be used as a mechanical disintegrator and an industrial crusher in many sectors: comminution of ores, coal, and building materials; grinding spices; production of flours or feed pellets; preparing substances for pharmaceuticals; and precise laboratory analyses.
