The DTZ-100 screw feeder by Technomaszbud Sp. z o.o. is designed for packaging bulk materials into containers up to 10 kg. This semi-automatic dispenser is primarily used for packing flour, sugar, powder, fertilizers, and is suitable for dispensing similar fine powdered products into pre-made containers. This model features a 250-liter tank with a bottom positioning and is floor-mounted. The wheels facilitate easy movement of the dispenser around the production facility without any obstacles. The dosing unit is made of food-grade stainless steel, making it ideal for food-related applications and resistant to corrosion.

Operation

The weight-based dispenser operates in semi-automatic mode. The operator places a container on the hanging shelf, and by pressing the pedal, the dispenser automatically begins feeding the product through the screw. The product is then automatically weighed, and the feeding stops once the programmed weight is achieved.
