Grain calibrator KZ-500W

KZ-500W Grain Calibrator is an efficient device designed for effective cleaning and sorting of seed material of various types. The machine removes stones, metal elements, dust, sand, and other light impurities, ensuring a high degree of raw material purity prior to further processing. The difference between the KZ-500 and KZ-500W models is that the KZ-500W is equipped with a fan for separating light fractions.

For farms and companies planning long-term activity in the vegetable oil sector, the KZ-500W calibrator is a key element in raw material preparation. Cleaned seeds extend the lifespan of oil presses, increase pressing efficiency, and directly improve the quality of the obtained oil.

The device is especially effective when cleaning sunflower seeds, but it is not limited to this material only. It efficiently separates sticks and other contaminants while sorting the seeds by size. Light fractions are removed by the top sieve, heavier impurities are separated by the first sieve, while the final size selection is performed on the two lower sieves.
