Available Options
- Product Code: BIZON-300-S
Description
The Bizon-300-S crusher is a more powerful model from the Bizon jaw crusher series, designed for crushing concrete, stone, rubble, and bricks. Thanks to its robust construction and larger working opening (300 x 200 mm), it offers higher efficiency and is ideal for more demanding applications. The Bizon-300 model is also available in an electric version, enabling quieter operation with zero exhaust emissions.

Operating principle
The jaw crusher is powered by your choice of engine – it can be a petrol or electric motor. The moving jaw plate moves up and down using an eccentric shaft. The angle and distance between the fixed jaw plate and the moving plate decrease as the moving plate descends – at this point, the material is crushed into pieces. The distance increases as the moving jaw rises. When the moving plate springs away from the fixed plate, the crushed particles exit the working area.
The key working elements of the crusher - the jaws - are available in several material variants, selected depending on the type of material being processed. In the standard version, included in the set, the jaws are made of EN-GJL-250 grey cast iron. Optionally, jaws made of Mn18Cr2 high-manganese steel and Hardox steel are also available. These materials are characterized by high resistance to wear and impact loads.
For crushing softer materials, such as brick or ceramics, the use of grey cast iron jaws is recommended. For hard materials, such as fieldstone or granite, jaws made of Mn18Cr2 high-manganese steel or Hardox steel are recommended.
The crusher's working section is available in two versions, selected depending on the type of material being processed:
- The standard version, included in the set, allows adjustment of the output material fraction. It is primarily intended for crushing softer materials, such as brick, concrete or ceramics.
- For working with the hardest materials, such as granite or fieldstone, a second variant is available - the reinforced working section. This design has been developed for crushing hard materials and intensive operation. When ordering the machine with the reinforced working section, the use of jaws made of Hardox steel or Mn18Cr2 high-manganese steel is recommended, as they provide increased resistance to wear and impact loads.
When the reinforced working section is used, the output fraction cannot be adjusted. The output fraction has a fixed value of 30 mm. The design has been developed to minimize the number of moving components, resulting in high equipment reliability.
Advantages of the Bizon-300-S jaw crusher:
- 13 HP petrol engine – full mobility and independence from electric power supply
- Output capacity up to 7.5 t/h with larger fractions
- Sturdy and durable design, easy operation
