Description
LCP-600 line is a complete, semi-automatic line designed for cooling and packaging pellets and other bulk materials. This modern technological solution combines cooling, precise dosing, and packaging into ready-made PET film bags or polypropylene sacks.
The LCP-600 line for drying and packaging pellets consists of:
- a belt feeder
- an electronic weighing dispenser
- a bag sealer or bag closer
- a belt conveyor with a cooling system (fan)
- a buffer hopper with a capacity of 0.6 m³
- an extraction system
The integrated system enables efficient and precise operation even with more demanding materials, e.g., pellets, feed, aggregates, salt, fertilizers, or soil.
The LCP-600 features stable operation and the ability to adjust parameters to a specific bulk product, depending on its flowability, moisture content, or degree of crumbling.
The cooler is equipped with two 0.25 kW gearmotors — one ensures uniform distribution of granules in the hopper, and the other feeds them for further processing. The unit works with the extraction system and the conveyor.
