In the last years the demand for the kernel of the walnut increased, both in Poland and beyond its boundaries. The deficit of the walnut in Europe reached about 200 thousand tons of raw nut kernel in year. Therefore, the processing of the walnut is a profitable business. Investing in the equipment for processing the walnut is a good business idea due to quick payback and relatively low costs for starting-up.
We offer equipment for the split of the walnut. Our nut splitters are durable and productive machines for splitting walnuts as well as hazelnuts and almonds.
During the operation, the nut splitters can be adjusted, depending on the size and type of the nut. Due to this, the output of the whole kernel is more than 70%. To increase the output of kernel you should use pre-calibrated nuts and, accordingly, adjust the nut splitter.
