Feed and Pellet Granulator GMK-260

The GMK-260 Pelletizer/Granulator for animal feed and pellets is a device used for granulating feed for animals, fish, as well as for producing pellets from straw and hay. The raw material for producing granular feed can be a ready-made feed mixture, as well as separately ground grains, sunflower husk, waste from processing millet, cake, ground hay, combined with a feed mixture, etc.

Pellets produced on the GMK-260 granulator/pelletizer can be made from shredded straw, hay, and chaff. They are ideally suited for fine coal boilers.

The raw material must be evenly moistened to 15%.

The GMK-260 Feed and Pellet Granulator/Pelletizer is equipped with a die with a diameter of 260 mm, and has holes of the following diameters to choose from: 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm. The die can be easily removed and installed, so you can order one or several additional dies for producing different pellets and for feeds for various animals. Just install the appropriate die.

Granulating feed for quail, small chickens, and fish is done using a die with 2 mm holes, granular feed for broilers and hens – 3 mm, granular feed for rabbits – 4 mm, granular feed for turkeys – 5 mm, granular feed for pigs, large cattle, pellet – 6 mm – 8 mm.
