The TechnoMaszBud offers a new model of granulator Pelletik-260. The new product is designed for the production of pellets and feed

mixtures on a professional scale. It is perfect as a basis for building a business for the production of pellets from waste and sunflower

husks, straw, sawdust and any other biomass.

The main requirements for raw materials are the bulk fraction and the humidity level not exceeding 14%. Pelletnik-260 is made on the basis

of a durable housing, inside of which a belt drive is implemented from the engine to the working part module. This made it possible to

eliminate the use of gears and thus increase the reliability of the product.

The use of a low-speed motor with increased torque contributes to stable operating speeds. The engine power is 15 kilowatts. An important advantage of this granulator is that it is made on a high casing, which, with certain skills, allows you to install a sifter for mass production of fuel pellets. The capacity of the granulator in pellet production can reach a maximum value of up to 250 kg per hour.

Each Granulator is equipped with a matrix of customer's choice. At the customer's request, for an additional fee, the granulator can be equipped with an additional pulley that can be installed to obtain maximum efficiency in feed production (in this case, the efficiency can reach up to 400 kg per hour). Note: the smaller the size of the raw material, the higher the efficiency of the granulator.

The bearings of the central shaft of the granulator can be lubricated through a grease nipple in a specially designated area. Regular maintenance of the most heavily loaded roller bearings also requires grease replacement. For this purpose, there are connection points for the grease gun in the axis of the rollers. Please note that it is better to change the oil when the rollers are heated to work, and it is necessary to stop pumping only when fresh oil begins to flow.
