Granulator / Pellet mill PRIME-150

The TechnoMaszBud company offers a new pellet machine / granulator for the production of granulated feed and pellets - PRIME-150 

with a planetary gearset.

Performance of the PRIME-150 granulator:

Pelletizing sawdust (pellet) – 60 kg/h;

Feed granulation – 100 kg/h.

The feed and pellet granulator processes sawdust from deciduous and coniferous trees, as well as hay, straw, seed husks and feed. The

received products are suitable for private purposes as well as for sale. The new PRIME-150 pellet machine is equipped with rollers with a

grease nipple for lubricating the bearings, thanks to which it is possible to process sawdust from hard and soft tree species. Lubrication of

bearings significantly increases their service life.

Features and advantages of the PRIME-150 pellet machine:

- engine power 4 kW (economical);

- capacity for pelleted feed – up to 100 kg/h, for sawdust pellets – up to 60 kg/h;
