The company "TechnoMaszBud" offers a new pelletizer/granulator for the production of pelleted feed and pellets – PRIME-150 with a planetary gearbox. Planetary gearboxes have many advantages, namely:

• Minimal dimensions of the devices;
• High power even under heavy load;
• High efficiency ratings;
• Compact and lightweight compared to other types of gearboxes;
• Easy assembly and operation.

Performance of the granulator/pelletizer PRIME-150:

• Pelletizing sawdust (pellet) – 60 kg/h
• Granulating feed – 100 kg/h

The feed and pellet granulator processes  sawdust from hardwood and softwood as well as  hay, straw, seed husks, feed. The obtained products are suitable for private use as well as for sale. In the new PRIME-150 pelletizer, rollers with a grease fitting for lubricating bearings are installed, which makes it possible to process both hardwood and softwood sawdust. Lubricating the bearings significantly increases their lifespan.
