After intensive tests, implementations, and experiments, we proudly present the pellet mill Prime-400 PRO. This pellet machine achieves an output of up to 860 kilograms of finished pellets per hour (output depends on the type of feedstock), making it an indispensable tool in the production of pellets and feed.

The PRIME-400 PRO pellet mill is a key component of the LDG-4000 KOMBI PRO, LDG-4000 MAX, and LDG-4000 DUO PRO lines, effectively handling the pelletizing of sawdust, hay, straw, herbs, and feed. Equipped with a 45 kW motor and 4 rollers with a diameter of 178 mm, it provides a stable output of 750 kg/h  (output depends on the type of feedstock). The die with a diameter of 400 mm can be customized to meet individual customer needs, with options for holes with diameters of 6 mm and 8 mm, allowing for the production of pellets with various hardness and diameter.

However, the Prime-400 PRO is not only a highly efficient pellet mill but also an advanced inverter-equipped set that optimizes the motor's operation, protecting it from overload and monitoring power consumption. The inverter allows for adjustment of the motor speed, enabling customization of the machine's performance to specific production needs and conditions.

The Prime-400 PRO pellet mill handles both sawdust from coniferous trees, rich in lignin, and sawdust from hardwoods, which are more challenging to pelletize. With high pressure, the machine easily processes raw materials with low lignin content. In addition to sawdust, the Prime-400 PRO is perfect for producing feed for various animals, including rabbits, hens, chicks, broilers, pigs, cows, and quails. This machine can also process sunflower husks, straw, hay, grasses, feed mixtures, and plastics such as polypropylene, bags, and film. Prime-400 PRO is a versatile and reliable solution for anyone needing an efficient and effective pellet mill for diverse raw materials.

Performance:

- Sawdust – up to 750 kg/h (depending on the hardness of the sawdust); 

- Feed mixture – up to 700 kg/h;

- Straw / Hay - 700 kg/h.

- Sunflower husk - 700 kg/h.

The set includes the inverter. The power cable is not included in the set!

We also offer PS-200 screw feeder for smooth supply of raw material. The tank capacity is over 0.2 m3. The feeding speed is adjustable via the inverter.

Technical drawing:

Three-phase motor with a power of 45 kW features high efficiency and can work continuously for 16 hours or more. The frame made of hardened alloy steel has been specially designed to withstand continuous, strong vibrations and high temperatures generated during operation.

Additional equipment and flexibility:

• You can purchase a screw feeder, which provides precise feeding of raw material and allows adjustment of the speed of the mixture fed to the granulator.
• We offer both complete sets of equipment as well as individual working parts and spare parts.
• Warranty for the device is 12 months.
