Granulator / Pellet mill PRIME-400 PRO

After intensive tests, implementations and experiments, we proudly present the Prime-400 PRO pellet machine. This pellet machine achieves a capacity of 860 kilograms of finished pellets per hour (performance depends on the type of input), constituting an irreplaceable tool in the production of pellets and feed.

The PRIME-400 PRO pellet machine is a key element of the LDG-4000 KOMBI PRO, LDG-4000 MAX and LDG-4000 DUO PRO lines, perfectly coping with pelleting sawdust, hay, straw, herbs and fodder. Equipped with a 45 kW motor and rollers with a diameter of 178 mm, it ensures stable performance exceeding 860 kg/h (performance depends on the type of load). The 400 mm diameter die can be customized, with 6 mm and 8 mm hole options, enabling the production of pellets of various hardnesses and diameters.

However, Prime-400 PRO is not only an efficient pellet mill, but also an advanced set with an inverter that optimizes the operation of the engine, protecting it against overload and monitoring power consumption. The inverter allows you to adjust the engine speed, which allows you to adjust the machine's performance to specific needs and production conditions.

The Prime-400 PRO pellet machine can handle both coniferous sawdust, rich in lignin, and hardwood sawdust, which is more difficult to pellet. Thanks to high pressure, the machine also easily processes raw materials with low lignin content. In addition to sawdust, Prime-400 PRO is perfect for producing feed for a variety of animals, including rabbits, hens, chickens, broilers, pigs, cows and quails. This machine can also process sunflower husks, straw, hay, grasses, feed mixtures and plastics such as polypropylene, bags and foil. Prime-400 PRO is a versatile and reliable solution for everyone who needs an effective and efficient pellet machine for various raw materials.

We also offer a PS-200 screw feeder for smooth feeding of raw material. The tank capacity is over 0.2 m3. The feeding speed is regulated by an inverter.
