Air grain separator SZ-1

SZ-1 Grain Air Separator is a modern device designed for the effective removal of light impurities from grain materials. It operates on the principle of aerodynamic separation, where fractions with different terminal velocities are separated by an air stream.

The SZ-1 separator is perfect for use in grain processing facilities, such as elevators, mills, storage yards, feed mills, and groat plants. The device helps improve the quality of raw material at an early stage of the technological process by reducing the amount of light impurities, dust, and waste.

Thanks to the possibility of making flanges in both standard dimensions and according to individual user requirements, the SZ-1 separator can be easily integrated into existing technological lines and installed at any stage of the production process. In addition to grains, the device is also used for cleaning other light bulk materials, such as plastics, paper, fabrics, or rubber.

The separator's principle of operation is based on differences in lift velocity and the aerodynamic properties of the individual material fractions, allowing for effective, precise, and repeatable impurity separation.
