Description
The WT-150 screw press for oil extraction by TechnoMaszBud is intended for the production of oil using the cold pressing method. This machine allows for an output of approximately 120-150 kg per hour. The raw materials can include: rapeseed, milk thistle seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and many other oilseed plants. For other seeds, it is necessary to test them, which we can do for free in our showroom!

Oil Production Process:
- The raw material is placed in the tank and enters the screw through a flap.
- The screw crushes the seeds and moves them to the pressing chamber consisting of a perforated cylinder, a screw shaft generating pressure, a pressing cone, and an adjusting nut.
- The production waste is removed through a gap in the nut, and the oil is extracted through the openings in the cylinder of the chamber.
Benefits of Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil:
- Vitamins, fatty acids, phosphorus-containing substances, and other bioactive components.
- Pleasant aroma and taste.
- Long shelf life. Unlike hot pressing, the finished oil does not become cloudy over time and does not acquire the rancid taste of spoilage.
- During cold pressing, a useful residual product remains, which, after further processing, is used as feed for livestock, birds, and fish.
