Description
WT-150 screw oil press is our highest-capacity oil expeller. It was created for producing high-quality oil by cold pressing.
It features high throughput – approx. 120–150 kg per hour.
Possible feedstocks include: rapeseed, milk thistle seed, flaxseed, sunflower seed and many other oil-bearing crops. For other seeds, testing is required, which we can carry out for you in our showroom. At the bottom of the description you will find detailed data on pressing various raw materials.

Oil production process:
- Place the raw material in the hopper; it then passes through the flap into the screw.
- The screw crushes the seeds and moves them into the pressing chamber, which consists of a perforated cylinder, a screw shaft that generates pressure, a pressing cone and an adjustment nut.
- The byproduct is discharged through a gap in the nut, while the oil flows out through the holes in the chamber cylinder.

- Cold pressing preserves the most important nutrients in the oil and extends its shelf life
- The extraction process does not require chemical solvents
- The mechanism is durable and easy to clean
- This is the highest-capacity model in our range (processes up to 150 kg)

- The press cake produced during pressing can be used, e.g., as a feed additive
Advantages of cold-pressed sunflower oil:
- Cold pressing preserves vitamins, fatty acids (including Omega 3 and 6) and other bioactive compounds.
- Pleasant aroma and taste.
- Long shelf life. Unlike hot pressing, the finished oil does not become cloudy over time and does not develop a rancid, spoiled taste.
- Cold pressing leaves a useful residual product which, after further processing, is used as meal for livestock, poultry and fish.
