Single shaft shredder RJ-600

The RJ-600 single shaft shredder has become a classic shredder for all types of waste and can be found in many plants, including

woodworking plants, around the world. The popularity of this series of shredders is due to its high reliability at a competitive price-quality

ratio. This equipment differs from others of its size and type thanks to its durable construction that ensures a longer life cycle.

The crushed material can be discharged by air or belt conveyor. The profiled, innovative V-rotor is made of durable material and mounted

on reliable bearings. Special blade mounts are welded to milled pockets on the rotor. The cutting knives are mounted in them and screwed

on the back. This ensures quick and easy blade replacement.

For special requirements, we offer custom-made accessories for this shredder:

 - Extraction device. Our shredders are standardly equipped with an extraction shield. You can cost-effectively connect the shredder to

your worksite hood and then easily feed the shredded material into a silo or tank.

- Conveyor with magnetic gripper. We are pleased to offer you belt conveyors for loading and unloading. They are optimally adapted to

your conditions and the required shredder power. To effectively separate metal, magnetic catchers are often installed on the pulleys of belt

conveyors. Our customers highly value these connected systems. Our specialists will be happy to develop a solution that is ideally suited to

your working conditions.

- Screw conveyor. Our shredders can be equipped with a screw conveyor. Depending on the application, we offer our customers individual

solutions with various length and stroke options.

- Supporting frames. Custom-made support frames ensure maximum flexibility. This allows for trouble-free installation of the shredder,

taking into account the characteristics of the working area and the conveyor equipment already installed.

- Loading tank. Depending on the type of loading, we adapt the design of the loading tank to your needs. This can be a particularly wide

tank for loading with a front loader or a tank with a flap. We offer an individual solution.
