Vibrating calibrator SW-1 is a versatile device designed for various industrial applications. Standardly available without screens - the possibility of their selection is available on customer request. The main task of the SW-1 model is to screen non-granulated particles.

In the lower part of the casing, there are outlets for removing fine fractions that separate during operation. They can be discharged using the SO suction system or collected in a special container.

Experienced users know that one of the characteristic features of raw material entering the pelletizing machine is the presence of significant amounts of fine impurities. They have a negative impact not only on the appearance of the finished product but also on its further properties. Therefore, it is reasonable to clean the pellets from dust, excess crumbs, and fractions that do not meet quality standards. For this purpose, a vibrating screener with cooling function, such as SW-1, is perfect.

To understand how the vibrating table operates, it is worth familiarizing yourself with its construction and working principle.

The device body is completely enclosed, but thanks to special inspection windows, it is possible to observe its operation in real time. Both the upper and lower parts of the housing are equipped with connections for dust extraction systems. In the central part, there is a screen mounted at the appropriate angle to the level. In combination with the operation of the vibrating motor, it allows the pellets to move from the inlet to the outlet of the device.

The screener body is mounted on a frame using spring supports that effectively dampen vibrations. The vibrating motor is located directly under the body to protect it from mechanical damage. In addition, special adjustable pads were used to eliminate unwanted vibrations.

If only cleaning of the pellets is necessary, a classic drum calibrator will be sufficient. However, if the company also needs product cooling, the optimal solution will be a screener-cooler from the SW series.

Ensuring efficient operation of the device:

The efficiency of cooling in the SW-1 model depends on cooperation with a dust extraction system, e.g. from the SO series. The more efficient the system, the more effective the cooling of the pellets.

The best results can be achieved when the upper air nozzle is not used during operation - it can also be blinded. In this case, the extraction system connected only to the lower outlet ensures the flow of air through the screen, allowing continuous blowing and cooling of the pellets during their movement in the screener.
