Granulator GMK-150

We would like to present you feed and pellet granulator GMK-150 which can be used to granulate feed, crushed grain, grain waste,

millet, corn, sunflower seeds/husk, straw, hay.

Considering that using your own raw materials is much cheaper than using granulated feed, you can significantly reduce costs maintaining

animal and bird breeding increasing profits accordingly.

Granulated food is also ideal for feeding fish because it can stay on the water surface for a long time which allows fish to eat almost all the

food. For this reason, the use of granules is more economical than other types of feed.

Depending on your needs, the granulator can be used to produce granules from 2 to 8 mm by ordering an appropriate matrix made of high

quality stainless steel (with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm).

GMK-150 also allows you to produce fuel pellets from hay, straw, and sunflower husks.

Additionally, you can order a matrix for the production of larger or smaller granules, this is useful if your farm has expanded or you have

species of animals and they need granules of different sizes.

For example, for broilers:

Granulating highly concentrated feed is easier, chickens usually eat more of it and thus gain weight faster. Generally, it could be assumed

that feeding high-quality granulated feed in the second period of broiler fattening is supported by greater concentration and balance of

nutrients, better utilization and obtaining higher body weight gains in broilers.
