Depending on the product, the dispenser delivers a specific mass or volume. Solid bulk materials, pastes, or liquids are dosed in portions or set to a continuous flow with certain tolerances. This term is a general definition of devices, systems, and equipment with a distinct function.
All dispensers, without exception, are equipped with control units that enable precise adjustment of weight and material feeding speed into the packaging.

Weighed products undergo a weight check. The filling installation allows for an error within acceptable tolerances. The filled bag is sealed using an impulse sealer ZW-500.
