Modern weighing machines from TechnoMaszBud!
Technomaszbud weighing machines for pellet packaging are a semi-automatic packaging complex that simplifies your production. You can purchase each unit separately or as part of a pelletizing line. We offer devices, thanks to which it will be possible not only granulation, but also effective packaging!
The weighing machine is designed for dispensing (measuring) a certain amount of substances, taking into account unit goods. Depending on the product, the dispenser delivers a specific weight or volume. Bulk solids, pastes or liquids are dispensed in batches or set in a constant flow mode with some error. This term is a general definition of devices, systems and devices with a clear function.
All dispensers without exception as a control unit are equipped with automatic regulators. The most effective are those models in which the micro-or mini-computer is based on the controller (or the controller itself).
They:
- perform dosing according to the specified program;
- they complement the influence of external influences;
- provide data to the operator;
- they transmit the results of dosing to the next stage of management.
The WP series Weighing Machines from technomaszbud belongs to the dispensers. They are used for dosing any fractions of solid bulk materials. Advantages include:
- compact pressure sensors;
- optimum accuracy;
- high performance.
The versatility of the dispenser results from fully automated dosing and weighing. Weight management comes down to the management of the charging device.
The WP-400, WP-600 i WP-1000 precision weighing machines are designed for dispensing bulk materials. Depending on production needs, dosing is carried out in:
- polypropylene bags;
- foil bags.
The semi-automatic workflow requires the operator to command the start of work, set the container to be filled and retrieve the filled container.
Scales work in the range of 1-50 kg. with the help of dispensing devices are packed:
- feedingstuffs (granules for feedingstuffs);
- back;
- pasta (short cut);
- sugar;
- sunflower seeds;
- walnut.
Products undergo weight control. Installation for filling allows for error in accordance with the permissible limits. The filled bag is sealed with a ZW-500 impulse welder.
