Bag palletizing line LUW-8

Bag palletizing line LUW-8 is an automatic system designed to organize the final stage of the packaging process, in which filled bags are received, properly oriented and placed on a pallet according to a specified pattern. The device makes it possible to reduce manual carrying and stacking of heavy packages and ensures a repeatable method of forming finished pallet units.

LUW-8 can operate as an element of a complete packaging line or be integrated with an existing conveying and packaging system. The solution is intended for automatic palletizing of bags with bulk materials when fast and orderly preparation of products for further transport or storage is required.

How does the LUW-8 palletizer work?

The filled bag is transferred from the final section of the packaging system to the LUW-8 device. At the first stage, the bag is properly oriented according to the programmed method of forming the layer. Subsequent packages are arranged in such a way as to form a complete row.

After the row is prepared, the movable platform together with the forming and shifting mechanism transfers it directly onto the pallet. The mechanism maintains the proper arrangement of bags in the row and then places it in the designated position. Subsequent rows are arranged layer by layer, creating a stable and repeatable layout ready for transport or storage.

Application

LUW-8 is intended for automatic placing of bags with bulk materials on pallets. It is used in production plants using automatic or semi-automatic packaging systems, among others in the pellet, fertilizer, chemical, agricultural and construction industries.

Integration with the packaging line

LUW-8 can be integrated with the automatic weighing and packaging machine AF-8B or another packaging system. Thanks to this, the palletizer can constitute the automatic final stage of the line, receiving finished bags directly from the packaging device.
