Our offer of pelleted feed production lines is dedicated to enterprises in the animal husbandry sector seeking efficient solutions for feed production at the highest quality standards. We offer lines with a capacity from 300 to 1400 kg per hour.
Pelleted feeds are an excellent source of concentrated energy and valuable nutrients, containing cereal grains, grain products, legume seeds, and specialized industrial blends. This form of feed offers a range of significant economic benefits.
Thanks to the granular structure, the feed becomes easier to transport and store, which in turn reduces logistics costs. Their free-flowing nature is conducive to mechanical applications, lowering labor inputs. Resistance to crushing and dusting helps retain nutritional value. Pelleted feeds facilitate precise animal feeding and also improve their health and condition.
The pelleting process enhances the nutritional and palatability value of feeds, counteracting selective eating of ingredients by animals. This process not only preserves the nutritional value of the ingredients but also positively affects their digestibility.
