Description
LDG-2000 (MAX) Granulated Feed Production Line – a completely new piece of equipment that allows you to launch your own granulated feed production line. This equipment helps solve the problem of animal feeding. Moreover, the LDG-2000 (MAX) line has compact dimensions, which allows you to start producing granulated feed mixes even in a small room (for example, in car garages) without having to rent large and expensive production spaces.
LDG-2000 (MAX) – an automated granulation line that allows you to process the following raw materials:
• grain waste;
• straw, grass, hay, husks;
• feed mixes;
1. Feed Mixer - WIR-100 Screw Feeder0:
This unit is designed for the production, through mixing, of highly concentrated blends, ground grains and other loose products with high homogeneity of mixed ingredients up to 95%. The mixer’s mixing time allows for 3 to 6 working cycles per hour. Power consumption – 8.3 kW.
2. Moistening System:
The main elements of the moistening system are: valve, pump, 100-liter water tank, and nozzle. The system is connected to a stand above the working section, which allows you to add the required, measured amount of moisture during granulation. Power consumption 0.37 kW.
3. Reliable PRIME-200 Pelletizer:
The PRIME-200 granulator easily handles various types of raw materials with a capacity of up to 300 kg per hour for feed pellets. Power consumption – 11 kW.
4. Calibrator – Granulate / Pellet Cooler KC-100:
This unit provides additional cooling for the product, as pellets heat up during pelleting. This device also removes dust and crumbs using a special drum. This unit consumes 0.12 kW.
5. Closed Extraction System SO-2:
This device, using a fan, ensures the circulation of air necessary to cool the pellets and collect calibrated raw material residues and dust in a container in the form of bags mounted on it. Power – 1.5 kW.
6. Control Panel:
Small dimensions and a built-in automation cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient to install near the production line. The panel includes an ammeter and thermal protection for each motor in the line
The Belt Conveyor is not included!
Cables for connecting the line are not included
