Aerodynamic Dryers

In this category you can get acquainted with the types of aerodynamic dryers from our company. Aerodynamic drying systems are designed for drying fine materials (sawdust, wood chips, wood processing waste) in a stream of hot air. The device is used to reduce humidity in the raw material for further processing. The main source of heat is the furnace, which creates the desired temperature conditions in the pipeline. The equipment can be purchased separately or as a set with a pellet and feed production line.

Compared to other professional dryers, aerodynamic sawdust dryers are compact and do not require foundation preparation. Secondly, no special measuring equipment is required to install an aerodynamic dryer. The dryer is easy to install and operate and provides almost full automation of the process. Third, it is cost-effective. A sawdust dryer consumes very little energy, considering that it is connected to a solid fuel furnace. Sawdust, wood chips and agricultural waste, sunflower husks, sawdust, straw and peat are suitable for drying. Dried raw materials can be used to produce pellets and fuel briquettes.
