Rotary Drum Dryer SB-6

Rotary Drum Dryer SB-6 is an industrial machine intended for efficient drying of sawdust and various types of biomass before the pelletizing or briquetting process. The design was developed for plants that require a stable drying process and obtaining raw material with appropriate moisture content for further production.

Thanks to its modular design, the SB-6 model can be easily transported and assembled at the site of intended operation. The machine will work well both as a standalone dryer and as an element of a complete technological line for pellet production.

The raw material is fed into the drum by means of a screw feeder, where during rotation it is moved evenly. The stream of hot air effectively removes excess moisture, preparing the material for the subsequent production stages.
