Fuels Used in GTKT Heat Generators

The heat generators are designed to burn shredded agricultural biomass, including:

• waste generated during grain drying

Two GTKT Technology Versions

Depending on the type of dried product and technological requirements, two versions of the heat generator are available:

• Heat generator with a heat exchanger - designed for drying food-grade grain. The drying medium is clean heated atmospheric air.
• Heat generator without a heat exchanger - designed for drying feed grain. The drying medium is a hot gas-air mixture.

Integration with Existing Grain Dryers

GTKT heat generators can be installed both in new grain drying systems and in modernized installations. During the modernization of existing plants, it is possible to operate both the GTKT heat generator and the previously installed heating system.

The appropriate configuration depends on the type of biomass fuel used, the required thermal output, the grain dryer capacity and the drying process parameters.
