The standard configuration covers all stages of feed production - from raw material reception to storage and packaging of the finished product.

1. Raw material reception stage

Raw materials delivered by truck are unloaded into the receiving hopper and then transported to storage bins using conveying equipment. The material passes through a magnetic protection system, while distribution between silos is carried out by screw conveyors and pneumatic slide gates. The storage bins are equipped with level sensors that monitor the filling level.

2. Dosing stage

The dosing system is responsible for the precise measurement of ingredients according to the selected formulation. This section includes screw conveyors and a set of dosing bins operating together with a weighing hopper with a capacity of approximately 1 m³.

3. Raw material grinding stage

Grinding is performed by high-performance hammer mills equipped with a magnetic protection system and feeders that ensure uniform material supply to the grinding chamber.

4. Mixing stage and liquid component dosing

The ground grain mixture and mineral additives are transferred to the mixer, where all ingredients are thoroughly blended. If required, the process can be supplemented with liquid component dosing. The mixing time can be adjusted according to the type and complexity of the formulation.

5. Feed pelletizing stage

The pelletizing section includes all equipment required for the production of high-quality pelleted feed.
