Pelleted Feed Production Line WTP-1500

Pelleted Feed Production Line WTP-1500 is a modern and compact solution designed for small and medium-sized farms as well as livestock enterprises. The production line enables the manufacture of both mash feed and pelleted feed, providing full control over feed formulations and ensuring high quality of the finished product.

Thanks to advanced dosing, mixing, and pelletizing systems, users can prepare customized feed formulations tailored to the nutritional requirements of poultry, pigs, and cattle. Process automation helps reduce production costs, increase productivity, and achieve independence from external feed suppliers.

The mini feed mill has a production capacity of up to 1.5 tonnes per hour.

Equipment of the Pelleted Feed Production Line WTP-1500

The standard configuration includes all equipment required for the production of high-quality pelleted and mash feed.

ZPK Feed Preparation System designed for producing feed mixtures according to predefined formulations for poultry, pigs, and cattle, consisting of:

• pneumatic conveyor with feed hoppers
• hammer mill (one or two units, depending on the required capacity)
• raw material distributor to storage bins with manual or pneumatic drive
• storage bins (4 or 6, depending on the configuration)
• feed ingredient dosing conveyors
• mineral additive and premix conveyor
• control cabinet enabling automatic dosing, mixing, and discharge of the finished feed mixture

The remaining components of the production line include:

1. magnetic separator for removing metal contaminants
2. buffer hopper with a conical bottom preventing material bridging
3. GT-304K ring die pellet mill equipped with a feeder and mixer
4. steam preparation and supply system for feed conditioning and disinfection
5. bucket elevator with a heat-resistant belt
6. GTO-7x8 cooler

8. cyclone and cooling fan for pellet cooling
9. screenings return system for re-pelletizing
10. bagging scale with a bag sealing system
