Corn flour production line LMK-500

Corn flour production line LMK-500 is a modern technological line intended for the production of high-quality corn flour by means of extrusion and multi-stage grinding. The technological process makes it possible to obtain a uniform product with a fine fraction, while maintaining high efficiency and continuity of production. The line capacity is up to 500 kg of finished flour per hour.

Thanks to the use of the extrusion process, the corn grain is simultaneously subjected to high temperature and pressure, which improves its technological properties and facilitates further grinding. Automatic transport between the subsequent machines ensures stable operation of the entire complex and limits operator involvement.

How does the LMK-500 line work?

The process begins with feeding corn grain into the EGK-500 extruder, where the material is subjected to intensive thermomechanical treatment. Under the influence of high temperature and pressure, the grain swells, forming an extrudate with an altered structure.

Next, the product goes to the extrudate crusher, which performs preliminary crushing of the material. By means of the PT-1000 belt conveyor, the raw material is transported to the KC-300 calibrator-cooler, where it is cooled and excessively fine fractions are separated.

The resulting dust and light impurities are effectively removed by the SO-4 dust extraction system. The material with a larger fraction is then directed to the KRAFT-11 hammer mill equipped with a 2 mm screen, where it obtains the final structure of corn flour.

The finished product goes to the CPD-500 cyclone, which separates dust from the product and enables its convenient storage or direct packaging.
